Playback and search are easy using the mouse to navigate the controls and you can save any incident footage to a pen drive which can then be transported and played back on any personal computer.

Vary-focal bullet or eyeball camera with 2.4mp resolution in colour and monochrome. 4mp resolution cameras are also available
Day / Night capability ensures clean images during the day and night.
When light levels fall, the colour camera switches to mono mode, and the integrated IR array is switched on. This provides the camera scene with infrared lighting up to a distance of 30 meters.
We adjust the pan, tilt, and varifocal lens to achieve your exact picture content. (Infrared lighting has no effect on a colour image and is only effective on monochrome images.)

OUR RECORDING EQUIPMENT
4, 8 or 16 Input HD digital video recorder with 1, 2 or 4TB storage hard drive.
The recording is looped, so when the hard drive is full it will begin re-recording over the oldest recorded data. Features consist of: Continuous or event recording / Real-Time recording / Remote Viewing / Smart Phone app available / HDMI and VGA Monitor outputs / Easy to use mouse operation.

This approximation gives you an idea of the cost. These prices are based on an average three-bedroom house.
A 1TB hard drive has been calculated into the cost, this will give approximately nine days continuous recording on a 2-camera system. We can supply larger hard drives if longer recording periods are required.
These prices do not include a monitor. We often use a customer's TV to view the cameras. We can supply a dedicated monitor at an extra cost if required.
Commission smart phone viewing £60
All equipment and labour are guaranteed for a period of 12 months.

City Alarms attended my house alarm on Friday as it had died a few days into the start of the lockdown. Chris worked effectively, efficiently, and tidily to resolve the problems. He had to fit a new battery, detector, and bell box and make a repair, all carried out professionally.
Throughout his visit, he wore a face mask and told us, upon entering our house, that he had just sanitised his hands.
It was very reassuring. Chris was friendly and explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. This was the first time that I had used City Alarms, and I would have no problem using them again when the need arose. I thought that the cost of the repairs was reasonable.

Today, we have a wireless alarm fitted with text messaging service.
Extremely professional service, with customer service at the top. I got a fully explained response to every question I asked, and we were shown exactly how to use the system.
There was no hard sell of any product; in fact, the opposite was true. I had to ask about servicing the alarm and what city alarms offered in this regard.
The price we paid was in line with other companies and very competitive but with the added customer service. Highly recommended, John & Hayley.
