Our installation techniques, communication skills and customer service result from 25 years of experience.
We have introduced a customer comment page so our customers old and new can comment about their experiences with us and post them for all to read.
Proud of our customer service, we’re always available to answer customer telephone enquiries and we will respond to a corrective call out within 4 hours (usually 1 hour) or by customer specified appointment.

Annual service agreements are available to all our alarm customers.
This involves an annual inspection and test and a free engineer callout for a small annual fee. Service agreements are mandatory where the alarm system is monitored for police or fire brigade response.
We also adopt alarm systems where the installation was carried out by another company and bring that system under our umbrella of care, with exceptions if the system was DIY installed or a service contract is still active with a third party.
