User Friendly
We use alarm control equipment designed to be user-friendly and easy to operate. Our keypads have code or key tag operations. The single action key tag operation sets or unsets the alarm. I.e., producing the key tag to the keypad starts the exit timer, and the setting begins. Then, producing the key tag again unsets the alarm.
Our systems can be ‘set with fault,’ allowing the alarm system to be armed while automatically isolating the faulty area. Corrective engineering action can then be taken at your convenience.
A wide range of signalling choices are available, from ‘bells only’ systems to the more sophisticated range of monitored systems. We can also give you smartphone control, and this gives you alarm activation alerts and full control of the alarm system from the convenience of your smartphone from anywhere in the world.

Audible Alarms
(Bells Only)
“Bells only” alarms may be appropriate for most typical dwellings. However, it depends on the property's location, the lifestyle or nature of the occupier, and the content.
This is generally the most common option. If the alarm is triggered, an audible alarm sounds to alert you (or a neighbour) that an intruder has entered (or is trying to enter) the premises.

Alarm Monitoring
Monitored alarms for ‘police response’ is not usual for dwellings unless the risk of loss is high or is stipulated by your insurance company.
The system installed may be the same or similar to a ‘Bells Only Alarm’ except that when the alarm is activated, a signal informs our Alarm Receiving Centre.
Monitoring Services
They may confirm that the alarm is not false and if necessary, they inform the Police and keyholder.

I got City Alarms in for my business premises after a break in. Very good advice given at the time and we upgraded to a better alarm system which was more suited to my premises and they also installed CCTV.
That was over 5 years ago and in that time their system has prevented 4 attempted break-ins and saved my company ££££ and I now have the peace of mind that the premises are well protected out of hours.
The system is maintained by city at a very reasonable cost, and their call-out service is first class.
I would highly recommend it, and I am now asking city to install an alarm system at my house.
